Monica Granfield founded GoDesign 3 years ago to provide a true holistic user experience design
to clients. Monica has 20 years of experience in User Experience Design. She spent over 7 years at
Microsoft where she designed components of large scale complex software (Server 2000) and consumer
friendly software (Vista, Windows XP + Carpoint...now, Autos.msn.com) and experienced working on an
incubation team. Monica has also worked at Hewlett Packard as well as, smaller software companies.

Monica brings her creativity and sensible processes to personalize each product she works on. She holds
a bachelors degree, from Fitchburg State College, in Graphic Design and Communications and a Masters
Degree, from the Rochester Institute of Technology, in Computer Graphics and Interaction Design. Monica
is an active member of BostonCHI, BayCHI, UPA and the Microsoft Alumni Association. Monica is also
active in the design community. She has been published and has spoken at the IDSA (Industrial Design
Society of America).
